Incheckning vardagar mellan 15.00-21.00

Utcheckning mellan 07.00-11.00

Ankomst efter 18.00 måste meddelas hotellet, om sen ankomst inte meddelas förbehåller vi oss rätten att sälja rummet vidare.

Mellan klockan 22.00-07.00 är hotellet obemannat. Vid ankomst vid dessa tider måste receptionen meddelas i god tid innan ankomst för kod till ytterdörren. Helger/heldagar och högtider sker incheckning enligt överenskommelse per telefon eller mail.

Betalning sker vid incheckning. Kort eller kontant.

Vid fakturering så måste fakturaadress samt org. nummer vara oss tillhanda senast 24 timmar före ankomst. Betalningsvillkor 14 dagar och aviavgift tillkommer med 65:- inkl. moms.

Avbokning av enstaka rum sker senast 24 timmar före ankomstdatum annars debiteras 100% av kostnaden för rummet.

Avbokning av gruppbokningar upp till 10 rum sker senast 4 veckor före ankomstdatum annars debiteras 100% av första natten.

Avbokningar av gruppbokningar på fler än 10 rum sker senast 12 veckor före ankomstdatum annars debiteras 75% av totalkostnaden.

Vi följer SHR:s regler gällande boende på hotellet.

Ur säkerhetssynpunkt förbehåller vi oss rätten att neka incheckning av bokade gäster samt rätten att avbryta påbörjad vistelse vid följande tillfällen;

-Att hela eller delar av vistelsen inte har eller kan betalas i tid.

-Att giltig legitimation eller annan identifikationshandling inte finns till hands vid incheckning.

-Att gästens fysiska eller psykiska tillstånd skulle kunna orsaka skada eller oro för sig själv, andra hotellgäster eller personal.

-Att gästens uppförande skapar osäkerhet och oro bland övriga gäster och personal.

Hotellet är rökfritt. Rökning på rummet eller på balkonger debiteras med minst 8000 SEK.

Hotellet saknar hiss.

Our bookingconditions:

Check-in weekdays between 3 p.m – 9 p.m

Check-out between 7 a.m – 11 a.m

The room will be reserved for your arrival until no later than 6 p.m. local time. If you will be arriving later than that, you must guarantee your late arrival with a credit card and also contact the reception in advance. If you do not guarantee your late arrival or have not prepaid your stay the hotel will cancel your reservation at 6 p.m.
The hotel must be notified of arrivals between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. due to code lock on the front door. For check-in during weekends and holidays appointment booking is required.

Payment at arrival with card or SEK. When billing with invoice we require address and reg. numbers 24 hours before arrival.

Payment terms are 14 days and the administration fee is 65,00 SEK

Cancellation of a single room is required 24 hours before arrival, later cancellations will still be charged at full price.

Cancellation of a group booking up till ten rooms must be made 4 weeks before arrival. If not, you will be charged 100% of first night.

Cancellation of group booking more than 10 rooms must be made 12 weeks before arrival. Otherwise the hotel will charge 75% of the total price.

Changes in the reservation must be made at least 1 week in advance.

We follow SHR’s rules regarding accommodation at the hotel.

For safety, we reserve the right to refuse to check-in booked guests and the right to interrupt an ongoing stay if the following occurs;

-If all or part of the stay has not been or can be paid on time.

-If proper identification can not be provided on request at check-in.

-If the guest’s physical or mental condition could cause harm or distress to themselves, other hotel guests or staff.

-If the guest’s conduct creates uncertainty and anxiety among other guests or staff.

Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, a minimun cost of 8000 SEK will be charged to your room if you smoke inside or on the balconys.

The hotel has no elevator.
